BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors is governing body of the AfCCJ and is responsible for, among other things, developing and implementing the business strategy and action plan of the Chamber, overseeing financial affairs, establishing procedure, formulating and adopting internal policies.

THE ADC ADVISORY COUNCIL

The Advisory Council consists of the Dean and Vice-Dean of the African Diplomatic Corps (ADC) is Japan, the Chairperson of the ADC Trade and Investment Committee (TRINVEC). The council will provide advice and guidance to the Chamber and can be accessed by the Chamber’s constitutional office bearers when needed.

THE CEO ADIVSORY COMMITTEE

This special committee will be comprised of representatives of large member organizations and will raise and advise the Board of Directors on matters and issues relevant to their membership category.

THE SME ADVISORY COMMITTEE

This special committee will be comprised of Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) member organizations and will advise the Board of Directors on matters and issues relevant to their membership category.

THE START-UP AVISORY COMMITTE

This special committee will be comprised of Start-up member organizations and will advise the Board of Directors on matters and issues relevant to their membership category.

OTHER COMMITTEES

The AfCCJ will host the creation of committees that reflect the areas of activity, interest and priorities of our membership. Committees are proposed by members and submitted to the Board of Directors for approval.

CHAMBER STAFF

The AfCCJ will be run by a dedicated, qualified and member-focused team ensuring day-to-day operations and membership service delivery.
